Nobody at SS/L pays any attention to GSTRF anymore. Everyone there is afraid for their job. They are EXTREMELY focused on SS/L & what may happen there. Maybe G* is a dead horse and everyone concerned is waiting for a miracle. I don't know. I worked on the antenna system on those sats & so I would like it to succeed just to see it work the way it's supposed to.

The bottom-fishing class action lawyers who are filing their standard boilerplate tech stock securities fraud cases against Globalstar and its mismanagers are right to be concerned about the breadth of the indemnification of Loral. But it may be moot. I don't think the creditors committee will agree in the next iteration of the plan to indemnification of Loral, or if they do, it will be at a cost much higher than 25%. I'm just guessing -- I have no nonpublic info. Anybody got any records of phone calls between BS and Martha Stewart? I hate to see ambitious prosecutors miss such a target. CRM
