Digr, how did you expect the company to survive without money? Shares were the only "money" they had. Terry kept the company going all the way to production. You have to give the man credit for that accomplishment. The dilution was unavoidable but I do not believe Terry is lying when he said something to the effect, "they have become so completely convinced". The believe they have something of great value and Terry has got them there. Can you imagine how big this is? It is not likely they are very wrong, not to the point of this venture not being economical. That is not logical. They are too competent to be that wrong. "Success being profitable production for a few months!!" Just hope that is not a month too long before it has been deemed unavoidable to come after you legally. Be sure you really want what you ask for. "Morons sue people instead of ignoring the chatter and getting on with the program!!" And you are offering what reasonable alternative? Just let you say anything you want without consequence? Is that realistic? just my opinions
