Well, what I was alluding to in my post was the "piling on" aspect of the article, and for many other articles that have been recently published as well. Also, as you already pointed out in another post, who can say what is going to happen several years out. They make these very broad statements about requirements in the "out years" with no data to present to make their case. As we all know, only to well, they can't even get the numbers right on a quarter to quarter basis, let alone a year or more into the future. Don
