>>Mills said his final pass was intended for Michael Robinson.

β€œHe was the guy I was supposed to go to,” Mills said. β€œI didn't make the right read. It was my fault.”

Zack this play was dead before the snap, and an NFL team would've had a tough time getting this one in the end zone, but Robinson was open.

The game ended with another overtime loss to the Hawkeyes who now join Michigan, and Alabama as the only teams to win three straight over Paterno coached squad.

Since Nebraska lost 36-14 to Iowa State yesterday, it now appears the Nittany Lions have a very long way to go. With Wisconsin (coming off a bye week), Michigan (coming off a bye week) and Ohio State all on the road, with big terrific offensive lines, a complementary passing game, and aggressive defenses, the Nittany Lions could very well be 4-4 by October 27th.

Unless the players play each down with the fierceness needed to win, and the coaching staff puts these kids in the best chance to win by maximizing their strengths to the fullest - something State has not done in eight years - then expect some more losses, and a 1 - 4 conference record before November.<<

I expect the Nappy line to return to normal.
