I don't think it's a one way trip for EDS. Even Enron had it's bounces.

But I suspect it ends up nicely below 10, maybe even below 5 before this is over. In the end, I do think there's enough value that the could be worth something to somebody, but I'm not sure who. IBM just picked up PWC consulting. Maybe HPQ, but I think they've got enough integration problems on their hands. I can see the right people buying them out and taking them private if the numbers are right.

With the latest news, it's beginning to look like a down day tomorrow. All in all, this has been a feeble rally, with no volume pickup. And tomorrow the "markup season" is over.

Good trade on ORCL. I suspect we'll get a pullback on it though, and if I were you I'd probably take some (if not all) off the table.
