Actually if you're shorting enough, any decent broker will pay you interest. I'm with Interactive Brokers (mostly) and they pay me a little bit.

If you short in the same acct (Fido allows that) and always have a cash positive balance I think they pay me.

I have net positive interest from FIDO.

That said I am not boxing much.
Boxing is appropriate on hard to get shares but otherwise not worth the hassle.
