You are right that I dont actively trade options. I have only done several thousand contracts cumulatively and most of them I didn't trade. Regarding the NVDA options, you have to consider the value of the chick in hand. The chick will grow into a chicken too if there is a ride to be taken and there will always be some positive intinsic value (barring a disaster) no matter what happens. So risk adjusted value is probably a lot closer than you apparently think. Graphics chips companies have not dominated for long periods of time.
