LOL that shows just the opposite pal...The country wuz clearly better off under Clinton .I don't giveagoddamn about Clinton's love life.He got re-elected cuz he wuz good at the Job the voters hired him for.It's the damn Republicans that want to treat the Presidency as a "reward" for those they deemed the most moral...And now we got a "Cheerleader" instead of a leader.I don't call that "substance"
