when you think of the disparity of how poorly the "large carrier" are doing relative to the SWs and the Nationals obviously it becomes a issue of questionable management. and now the majors are hurting because the business traveler (whom they have been gouging for years) has cut their travel budgets and are buying their tickets elsewhere. looks like these guys are actually having to compete and also looks like they can't cut it without corporate welfare.
