form 4 just came through..... Gower acquiring shares of RIGL like crazy...... not certain, but it looks like open-market. Eyeballing, looks like about 80K shares.

MAXY, TLRK, CRGN. As Wilder has pointed out, institutional interest in Rigel is low; it's more VC bailing than anything else, I guess. So they're a victim, but not of window dressing. Rebound potential next week, if there, is not related, so I withdraw that one.
