Given the tactics employed by Dobry's previous lawyers, I do think one (a new one) might file such a suit. But that's only because Dobry can be counted on to not tell his counsel the whole truth — or even a small portion of it. In that respect, I sympathize for his attorneys when they get caught by surprise and find themselves defending an indefensible position.
