You do not understand the notion of an interested party? Anyone who is markedly affected by your behavior has at least some claim to an apology if discommoded by what you have done, and an explanation if you think you are justified. If I am 30 minutes late to an appointment, I owe the person I have kept waiting an explanation, and perhaps even then an apology. If I am in charge of the family finances, I owe an accounting to my wife and son for what I have done with them. If I am a young person whose parents have invested a lot, financially and emotionally, in my education, and I drop out of school, I owe them an explanation. If I have a friend who has done me many favors, and I refuse him a reasonable request, I owe him an explanation. This is all elementary.......
