The difference is the $140,576,000 in intangible assets on the balance sheet divided by the roughly 79,090,000 shares outstanding on July 31, 2002. The following is a sample of the Book Values for WIND over the last 18 months:

1/31/01
BV 9.23
TBV 3.62

7/31/01
BV 5.28
TBV 3.17

1/31/02
BV 4.43
TBV 3.05

7/31/02
BV 3.76
TBV 2.43

Not a friendly trend.

JS

Where's Alan these days Peter? I often wonder if he was a buy and hold on for dear lifer or did he see the light early enough. I think his vision was very clouded although very convincing!!
