Enron's top executives aren't being protected. Don't worry. Justice will be served. Recently one of CFO Fastow's top employees pled guilty to wire fraud and money-laundering and agreed to testify against his boss. Fastow will be arrested next week. I expect Fastow will give up his superiors, Lay and Skilling, not just to lessen his own sentence but to protect his wife. He foolishly involved her in some fraudulent deals placing her in potential legal jeapordy also. chron.com chron.com
