I spoke with the gentleman who owned Bread on several occasions over the course of 8 months and succeeded in having the boat donated to the Boy Scouts of America under the control of Sea Scout Ship 110. The 200 bucks I spoke of are the out of pocket expenses each year for my share of fuel, food, and other trip expenses that arise. The registration fees are BSA expenses and our Ship's sponsor Captains Cove provides storage, hauling and a slip. Scout Dues and donations cover maintenance costs.
