lobos live on ESPN in 30 minutes playing texass tech.

Are you sure about that?

Live?

I watched most of it and I wasn't sure if they even had a
pulse... <vbg>

<Rimshot!>

<Polvie tosses a burnt braut at Clappy's pointed head.>

Just kidding of course. I know better than to disrespect a
man's home team.

Those Texas Tech dudes were pretty tall.
Their coaches did a good job in designing plays that
exploited that advantage. They threw a lot of jump-balls.

They seemed to have pretty strong faith in this game plan.
This became evident immediately when I saw them in the game
opening drive, go for it on 4th and 20 at the 40 yardline.
(They converted that first down, btw.)

Before they snapped the ball, I said that they either have
incredible faith in their QB, or they have absolutely no
faith in their punter and defense.

Eventually I found out that TTech's defense was pretty good
also.

I don't know about their faith in the punter.
He didn't have a chance to be used all that much...

...unlike the Lobos' punter, who probably has a sore leg
today from doing more kicks than the cheerleading squad...

Some colleges breed good QB's, good running backs, or good
wide receivers.

My guess is that NMU breeds good punters.

Keep 'em coming. My NY Giants need them.
