During his downfall, may have noticed his short calls on anything over a buck or so now included stuff like this

Is he short or not?
He is only 15% sure he is making the right call
What good is that???
If he was right, he'd reference the call
If he was wrong, he'd say that's why he was only short "15%"
Either way, I don't think I ever saw him come back to "allocate" the other 85%
So again, what use is the call?
