I wonder why one bothers. Hi bill, Same reason so many folks (me included once upon a time) bought mutual funds. Easy and no work (and worked out fine in the bull). This investing stuff requires a lot of effort as you know. You need to learn a lot and it requires commitment. Most folks don't put or want to put that time in. Yes though I agree, I'd rather buy my own. regards Kastel
