Of course if Scoundrel weren't in coverup mode he'd have phrased the thought more directly, such as the obvious "Maybe the NASD read Doug's many posts calling the company a scam, its executives criminals, its consultants crooks, etc. and for these reasons deliberately kept the company on the pink sheets."

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that that is exactly what happened and why the company was kept on the pink sheets so long. But, of course, what do I know?
