kvkkc1, I just read a quote from a Solomon analyst who said that consumer spending has risen every year in the history of the U.S. That's a very interesting statistic, if true, especially given that consumer spending accounts for 1/3 of the U.S.'s GDP.

Well so far those idiot/nitwits have been right. But no longer. The consumer is now losing the spending power they once had, as well as the willingness to continue spending at a torrid rate.
