two similar styles, two very different reactions

I think it's human nature to derive pleasure from hearing what you want to hear, especially when it is expressed in a virtuoso manner.

Not so much fun in hearing what you don't want to hear, although sometimes you have to take your medicine.

hmm, two similar styles, two very different reactions from John M...why is this I wonder? One man's entertainment is another man's blame game...

You love the little personal attacks, don't you, Nadine. And, once again, you misread my comment. I was actually commenting on the over the top hyperbole of both Cockburn and Krauthammer, not exactly soul mates when it comes to politics. Hitchens usually shares that quality, in my view, but did not in this short piece.
