I never said 1000 was "the" bottom. I said, I don't believe we will get there this year. To many traders expecting it. I believe Jan 2003 will be a top after a huge run to close out the year sucking everyone in to believing the bear is finally over. The high for both 2001 and 2002 was in January. They may be the case in 2003 as well.
