Jacob Weisberg, thanks for the article.. I differ in thinking, perhaps Bush and his team planned all along to go to congress and United Nations... It was a set up, thinking they were going it along vs.getting the United Nations approval. Rumsf and Powell ,, are good cop bad cop... there is no friction over Iraq , perhaps on other subjects but I doubt on Iraq. I also believe when you have Baker and company putting out letters to the editor of the nytimes it is all part of the plan.. I doubt Baker would have opened up his mouth unless it was to get the united Nations attention, congress etc. It made the pathway much easier for Bush when September came along... imo
