For all I know, there may be some fear-mongering in the report about Iraqis seeking to obtain enriched uranium, even thought that is most probably true.

Also, the report may be used as a "clincher" for the U.S. to unilaterally declare of war on Iraq.

FWIW, Sollog (see sollog.com)
has predicted that nuclear terrorism will occur in the foreseeable future in Jerusalem, Rome and Washington, D.C, in that order.
