Sorry C, but one thing GE has always been good about, is filings...some NT's because of Boliva, but that had nothing to do with staying on the pinks..Fusfeld's hard on, and the famous news release....main reasons imo.

you are one stupid, simple-minded old broad. it is the NASD, not the SEC, that had to put us back on the BB. the NASD is not subject to the SEC. they are an independent trade organization, at least in theory. are you really so impenetrably stupid that you think it was delinquent filings? the whole battle was over delinquent filings? it went on for years and was about delinquent filings? go take your medicine. and I'm sick of hearing about how you're a long time supporter. you've also, when it's served your purpose, posted your share of negative comments.
