Libya's behavior in international relations has improved a great deal since Reagan bombed him in retaliation for his support for terrorist attacks against the US. I see you've noticed. This shows the benefit of the US taking a strong hand with its enemies.

I'm glad you agree that Saddam should do the whole world a favor and accept exile.
