:-) yeah, and one would think that exactly now is the time where the global investing community need reassurance that US investing environment become properly regulated..

IMO the main reason for the decline is the general impression that any US stock have a number of skeletons in the closet and that each represent a latent lawsuit or that any stock is simply a potentially unregulated fraud.
