We have a vast army of deceitful and cunning lawyers who will immediately begin to create "workarounds" to whatever laws Congress creates in order to attempt to suppress the evils of the Bushista junta. Just look at the profoundly cynical way that GWB and the boys got around the McCain-Feingold Bill. Since he couldn't veto the bill because of political heat, Bush's sneaky PEOC boys found the perfect work-around. They used the FEC commissioners to utterly subvert the document and the will of the people. They were totally shameless about it. Disgusting. -Ray
