Do you even agree that the cfr legislation would impede freedom of speech?

I have yet to hear in what way freedom of speech is impeded by the cfr legislation. There's lots of arm waving claims of impeding freedom of speech, but nothing specific.

I also take note of the most recent USSC decisions regarding campaign financing restrictions. Since I happen to believe in the Constitution in it's entirety, the USSC has a pretty important say and their recent decisions are relevant to that.

There might be those that say the USSC should be ignored, but they don't believe in the Constitution.
