There was no one too lobby. It was in the sole discretion of Clinton to pardon Pollard. It you had one lint of brain tissue....a pardon wasn't even necessary. Clinton had the sole discretion of authorizing the release of Pollard [without a pardon] to Israel. And the fact is that Pollard is still rotting in jail. jttmab
