I talked two years ago to a guy at INTC that was responsible (at least i thought he was) for some capex projects, and asked him about the ratio of capex to WFE, he gave me the number 65%-70% for WFE. But on second thought, this may not have included other corporate capex (like in their own IT and building) so your figure of 55% might indeed be correct. I still do not see how we do $16 B this year with WFE when so far we had only two months marginally above $1 B per months, and most others where in the .7/.8 $b. $16 B on an annual basis would require an average shipping month of $1.33 B, we have not had a single month in the first 2/3 of this year even close.
