What there's some 4 billion people in the world, and people try to achieve a ranking of two people. I beat you, na, na, na. It's silly. A two person ranking somewhere in a population of 4 billion people is about as insignificant a "victory" as anyone could hope for. Pardon, commutation, are different, but still, the spirit of conspiracy you convey is not supported. Conspiracy! It's business politics. Our spies sit down with their spys and have drinks in the UN. That's what the UN is, the biggest collection of spies in one place, all spying on each other. We occasionally throw their spies out; they throw our spies out. Each side gets a nice press release and the spies are replaced with other spies. Hell, I was in a guys office [US], they exchanged Christmas presents. jttmab
