owner didn't passed on the tax, insurance to you. Are you
living in a 'syndicated/corporate owned' property or
'small investor' kind. I consider the 'former kind' is
like 'monopoly', you have no chance with those. You can
move out of the area or pay. When those with 'monopoly
power' don't raise rent, that is a sign of RE top,
actually, it's OVER THE TOP.
