Other than that though, they really serve no functionality.

Of course, I could be wrong. I think the real question is how do we attack Iraq, and thus your question is well warranted. But I think you are trying to justify a reason not to attack Iraq, which equates to a reason to commit suicide. Which is alway stupid and immoral.
