Cheap, crappy furniture imported from China. I don't think my demographic is going to be dramatically effected by the real estate downturn. This is stuff that's going to be going in $300 a month apartments, not even $200k homes.

I don't need much to cover my employee and warehouse bills, $20,000 per month in sales will do it. Anything over that carries a tidy profit.
