Yes, that is my opinion. Another opinion: The new four letter words are now three letter words such as "oil" "war" okay, that's all I can think of for now. "now". BTW, I agree with your opinion re: Halliburton et al interest in oil. OT: Here's another opinion, when I spoke to Qwest on Thursday, they told me today, Sunday, would be September 30, but I see that it's only the 29th. Now the question is, was the telephone company wrong, or did I just get an extra day. I'll go with the latter.
