check out this guy's response to Buffet's recent comments...

It is not surprising that at that age gloomy views begin to dominate as the growing realization that of the inevitable move to a piece of real estate they will occupy will not be a 5th Ave apartment with valuable art decorating the walls or a country mansion, no it will only be about 10 to 12 sq ft and it won't have any windows or heating....We should feel sorry for these old guys but as for their fear spreading I wouldn't pay that much heed to it.
