How about the horse in "front of the cart" or how about the cart in the "back of the horse"?<gg>. Seriously, I don't know the answer to your question for sure.

It seems to me however, that if semiconductor shipments do not go "into the tank"(and this is what the manufacturers buy to go into products - not semi equips) semi-equip bookings will hold up.
