SOROS,

I would buy 5 year Norwegian government debt and reinvest the interest over the period. It is yielding a little over 5.5% and the government balance sheet is positive as the assets (oil) is greater than the debt.

edit, this .5% over and above the 5% should cover the currency risk.

Joan

Soros,
What are zeros trading at now? Are they near 5% for 30 or 40 years? That might do the trick.
