I hope that story embarrassed the hell out of the State Department..

It sure didn't make any points for the Saudis with regard to their propaganda campaign... err.. public relations effort directed towards Americans.


I sure hope so. WSJ and National Review have been beating this drum for months, but 60 minutes gets a wider audience. Saudi PR has what I call a fundamental problem -- the more Americans actually know about the Kingdom, the less they like it.
