Turkish officials said they did not know whether the uranium was refined weapons-grade material or naturally occurring uranium, which would have to be refined before it could be used in a weapon.

If it was natural occuring uranium, it's not enough to make the hands on your watch glow in the dark, let alone make a nuke.

15 thousand grams to 140 grams. These guys wouldn't do well at the county fairs in the "guess the weight" games.
