I really hate doomsayers, but if Weiss happens to be 1/2 right it sounds like you're working a good plan. I'm quickly approaching the 0-debt situation myself, and fortunately the hacienda never had a mortgage on it. Got a river out back, and the County rock pit (..bass pond..) is kattycorner across the corn field. If Micky-D's goes ape-dungy with the Big Mac & Johnsonville Brats prices, the deer who like the lower offerings on our apple trees may find their stress levels going up. And previously, the only bunnies who got 'smoked' were found mucking about with my Mom's prize lillies. Dad took that kind of personal, since he did the weeding (and weilded a mean Reminington)...!! Ha ha ha ha ha........ Life's a beach, aye. But, a country boy can survive. John :-) .
