May I ask, do you favor releasing Pollard or forcing him to serve our his sentence? Neither.....I would allow him to serve out his sentence. I'm a nice guy, I don't like to force anyone; so I'd allow him to rot, errr, serve his sentence. So now that we've all established that Pollard should serve his term. Suppose: that for some reason the President [unknown] decides for some unknown reason that Pollard is to be turned over to the Israelis. And the President rings you up and DMA, I'm releasing Pollard, don't even try to talk me out of it, it's happening. But I have 3 choices, and I want your advice. 1. I could pardon the SOB. 2. I could commute the sentence. 3. I could just tell the warden to open the door and tell the Israeli embassy to pick up his sorry butt and take hime to Israel.
