Excuse me! Just where have I suggested a Soviet style system. I just want basic coverage for citizens...you know the type that Shrub and Cheney have. Go to some of the hospitals in Houston and ask to see the private suites for those special clients...those rooms that sit vacant, but the poor have to wait for rooms to become available...... But you aren't concerned about this...are you! You have that special insurance.
