I don't understand how after all the eternally shifting stories on why we are going into Iraq anybody takes any story at face value. It's a war, and the first casualty is truth.

Its not complacency.......your paranoia causes the kind of conclusions you reach, and that paranoia wants to find a reason to justify going to the war.
