Junior probably made a deal with the Airlines to boost air-cargo so they would mute their comments on his security blunders which are driving air carriers to bancrupcy. In the mean time he can create a whole new crisis distraction by sending in the military to unload cargo under some national security pretext, and give another kick to unions at the same time. TP
