Hi John D, it certainly is, though the silver lining is that as each day goes by, there are a huge number of PCs that will need upgrading (assuming consumers can still afford to after this nasty downturn.) Regards, Amy J

Here's what today's downturn apparently is about:

September Chicago Purchasing Managers Index slid to 48.1 percent from August's 54.9 percent...a contracting manufacturing sector.
