Junior could start by explaining how Harken Energy gave him a sweetheart loan and later forgave it. Junior not only didn't report it for well after the deadline, he apparently forgot to mention it on his tax forms too. Forgiven loans are just like income. Of course it's not just Junior that's stealing, it's the hallmark of his administration. The war which never ends is pumping billions of tax dollars right into his daddy's company. To cover the theft Rumsfeld has decided that all weapons, and their test results are strictly secret so that nobody except the Carlyle accountants have to know where the money went and if anything was delivered. Of course not every scheme works as planned. Junior and Cheney's plan to rip off California energy users collapsed before it could be propogated to the other states. That didn't stop Junior, Cheney, White, Wendy Gramm and others from cashing in big time before the scam was thwarted. That's just the some of the money, space does not permit getting into stealing of elections and liberty. TP
