It is losing out, because every time this approach is subjected to our court system, it is ruled illegal. I don't think so, Bill. I'm actually not appealing to legalities here simply because I've lost track of the legal arguments, the degree to which the federal courts have been reconstituted in the last couple of decades, etc. I think it's extremely inhumane to put folk in physical danger; I think it's detrimental to the foundations of the academy to threaten folk because of their views; yada yada yada. You will notice I'm only responding to posts on this topic. Not starting up new lines of discussion. My way of trying to keep it from taking over the thread.
