Well, John...at least I had to read your post twice. I'm surprised (shocked might be too strong a word, but close), to say the very least about your thoughts on Toricelli.... to vote for him would be akin to voting for Jimmy Hoffa here. Hardly. My own unresearched view is that well over half of them on both sides of the aisle do it. Toricelli got caught; the feds weren't able to save the reputation of his principle accuser so were unable to take him to court; and he's paying his price now in the hit his political fortunes is taking.
